Pack Your Devices
Securely place the electronics in their original packaging, including all sensors, cables, and manuals, to ensure the items are protected during transit and remain eligible for a full refund.
Ship to Our Warehouse
Affix the provided return shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized European courier location; please retain your tracking number for verification purposes.
Inspection and Refund
Once our technicians verify the hardware's condition, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days, excluding initial shipping costs.
